Brood isn’t like any other healthcare agency because we take it personally
Brood isn’t like any other agency because we take it personally. Our name ‘Brood’ is the term my mum used to collectively describe me and my siblings when we were growing up. It gave us an immense sense of pride and belonging as we knew that we were in it together and would do the best for each other whatever happened.
This is enshrined in the culture of our agency and this sentiment applies to our team and our clients. Alex and I are married and our agency was born just before the arrival of our first child, so really Brood is our first child. We feel every growing pain and rite of passage and we are always striving to do our best like any parent.
Recently we were running a workshop with a new client and during the ‘breaking the ice’ exercise, they had to come up with a word that describes me and the word they used was ‘passionate’. I am so proud of this because we don’t just say it here at Brood, we really are passionate about what we do.
Brood is built on our family values and family is at the heart of everything we do but never more so than when discussing health. Alex and I are at that age where we are looking after the health of our elderly parents, each other, and our children, which really makes you understand the value of good health and especially good health care. All truth derives from the fact that behind every patient there is a family that just wants the best for their loved one. Therefore, it is always personal for us and why we will only work on brands that matter.
