The brief

To create Dexcom’s largest ever UK exhibition stand for Diabetes Professional Care. Dexcom One had just become available on the NHS and the objective was to launch this to healthcare professionals and to get them to trial the technology for themselves.

How we made it matter

We identified that a key barrier was that GPs weren’t used to or comfortable prescribing technology to their patients. We wanted GP’s to feel at home with Dexcom. This key insight led us to building a house and street where we could create a home from home environment at the conference for the delegates. It really stood out from all of the more ‘standard’ stands and encouraged longer dwell times.
Brood have been Dexcom’s long-standing partner for creative and strategy, and we were excited to invite them on board to co-create our largest-ever UK exhibition stand for Diabetes Professional Care in November 2022. From supporting with message development, the stand design, to the project management, the team rose to the challenge and delivered a hugely impactful event. The team really excelled in their creativity, consistency and willingness to get stuck in to deliver on schedule, and we could not have asked for a better partner agency for this event. Roll on 2023!

The outcome

It was by far the busiest stand of the exhibition! Hearing delegates asking each other what number was showing on their Dexcom was a highlight! However Dexcom has over 420 callbacks and 290 qualified leads.
